Instructional Design and Digital Content Creation
eLearning | Guides | Infographics | Multimedia
My process is cyclical—rooted in analysis, driven by design, and refined through feedback and results.
Each project blends creativity with strategy, ensuring that every learning experience I create is purposeful, polished, and impactful.
eLearning course design and development
Instructor-led and blended learning experiences
Microlearning, infographics, and job aids
Interactive modules and assessments
Multimedia and digital learning tools
Every project begins with analysis and discovery. I gather key background information, define the problem, and identify the learners and their needs.
During this phase, I perform a needs analysis to understand:
Who the learners are and what motivates them
What they need to learn or accomplish
What goals they’re working toward
What challenges might stand in their way
This foundation ensures that each design decision is grounded in real learner data and business goals.
Once the need is clear, I move into project planning and instructional design.
Write measurable learning objectives using the ABC(D) model (Actor, Behavior, Condition, Degree)
Align learning objectives with strategies and assessments to ensure true instructional alignment
Develop prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs in iterative cycles
This stage is where creativity meets evidence-based practice—using text, visuals, interactivity, and multimedia to bring learning to life.
In the final phase, I transform ideas into fully developed learning solutions.
I design, implement, and review final deliverables.
Visuals are clear and accessible
Activities support engagement and retention
Assessments measure real-world performance
I conclude each project by evaluating success metrics and learner feedback, then refining based on results.
